The following covers Killer Entertainment, LLC's privacy policy regarding KILLER ENTERTAINMENT and the KILLERENTERTAINMENT.COM website ("Site"), collectively known as ("KE"). This privacy policy cannot and does not cover any information or guarantees for any other business or website including those that may be linked to or from our Site, whether or not the link appears on our Site. View these sites at your own discretion.
Consent and Changes
By visiting our Site, calling our offices, or emailing KE, you consent to our privacy policies in effect at the time you visit our Site, call us, or email us. These policies may be updated from time to time at KE's sole discretion whether or not stated here. We will attempt to update this webpage as soon as possible to reflect any changes when made.
While every attempt is made to secure information transmitted to and from our Site, there is a possibility that information you submit could be observed by a third party while in transit. We cannot guarantee that our Server will be free from unauthorized users or hackers.

Information Collection and Use
Our Site collects personally identifiable information when you make a purchase on our Site (including but not limited to name, company name, mailing address, billing address, email address, telephone numbers, credit card information and party information for purchasing tickets, packages, scripts, customer service). The Site also collects information from your browser including but not limited to browser type, browser version, browser settings, operating system, pages visited, your IP Address, and Cookies. KE uses this information for systems administrative, statistical, and general purposes such as allowing you to add products and services to your shopping cart, tailoring the content within our Site to match your interests, and ensuring that our Site continues to operate properly with commonly used operating systems and browsers. Your IP Address will be stored and used for security purposes to prevent fraud and other illegal activity.
By emailing KE, the personally identifiable information sent to us (see examples above) may be used for KE's exclusive use (exceptions noted below).

Information Sharing and Use of Information for Shows/Events
KE does not sell or rent personally identifiable information from our Customers to third parties. However Killer Entertainment may need to provide some personally identifiable information to our vendors and associates (including but not limited to restaurants, hotels, event spaces) to complete your transaction (including but not limited to name, food orders, packages purchased, price paid, celebrations, special needs) or as required by law.
Additionally, the personally identifiable information you provide in any manner to KE may be used by KE and their associates to fully complete your transaction. This may include but is not limited to calling or emailing you to clarify or complete missing information regarding your reservation to a show, clarify or ask for additional information on a celebration, clarify food orders, clarify special needs, notify you of a show/event cancellation.
Mailing Lists
KE's email and mailing lists are comprised of guests who have purchased tickets to our shows, guests who have attended our shows, clients who have contracted with KE, clients who have purchased scripts or products, vendors and associates who have worked with KE, fellow business organization members, business associates, vendors, those requesting specific information regarding KE's services and products by phone, email, or website, as well as others. These lists are used to send periodic newsletters and notification of new products, services, and shows, as well as promotions and special offerings.
Unsubscribing
You may unsubscribe to KE's mailing lists at anytime. This is best accomplished by following the unsubscribe instructions on an email newsletter or notification sent to you (i.e. through Constant Contact). If done in this manner, your email will be immediately blocked from further mailings. Double check that the email listed is the one you want removed. If you have your emails forwarded to secondary emails, you may need to make sure the original email is the one that you unsubscribed.
Removing yourself can also be accomplished by emailing us at Julia@KillerEntertainment.com. Put "Unsubscribe" in the subject line and be sure to indicate your name and the email address to be removed (which may be different than the email you are sending from). We would appreciate also knowing why you would like to be removed.
We are dedicated to following not only your privacy desires regarding unsubscribing but all applicable laws. Please notify us if the above does not satisfy your request.
Photographs and Likeness
As far as KE is aware, all photographs and visual or audio likenesses of Customers used in KE advertising or on our Site were taken in a public space with no expectation of privacy. In addition, KE clearly represents that it desires to use Customer comments and photos to promote KE on our Site and in other marketing. However, if you discover your likeness used and prefer KE not to do so, simply contact us. To the furthest extent possible, we will always accommodate our Customer's wishes.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files that are downloaded to your computer. Cookies cannot damage your computer. Cookies, by themselves, cannot be used to identify you. Unless you've chosen to submit personal information to KE through joining our mailing lists or the purchase of products and/or services, KE cannot identify you. Cookies are used by KE to allow the smooth operation of our Site and to track your activity so that we may tailor the content of our Site to match your interests.

Refunds
All sales purchased on the Site and by telephone are final at the time of purchase. We cannot guarantee any exchange or refunds because of set costs (i.e. with our venues, vendors, due to food purchase and preparation, etc). You are responsible for all details (i.e. selecting the proper date, number of tickets, meal selection, and other specific items) related to your purchase prior to the transaction and completion of your order.
All gift certificates for shows are considered redeemed and nonrefundable at the time a date is chosen for a show and all applicable refund and cancellation policies apply.
At KE's sole discretion, KE may be able to accommodate a change in date if requested in advance of the original show date and additional fees may apply. Call KE's main administration office to inquire.
Public Show Cancellations
Regretfully, on occasion, usually due to guest minimums required by KE's public show venues, a public show must be canceled in full. KE will notify you as soon as possible if a cancellation occurs for any reason. Current telephone number(s) and email address(s) are required and necessary for all show reservations in order to make this notification possible. Please understand that KE takes the relationship with our guests to heart and conscientiously works to avoid cancellations of any kind.
If a public show is canceled or otherwise not presented for any reason, KE will offer you the choice of rescheduling for another date for the same or another show or receiving a refund for charges for the show in question. Rescheduling for a different show may incur additional cost.
KE cannot be held responsible for any damages, financial or otherwise if an attempt to notify you prior to your show performance is made regarding a cancellation, nor can KE be held responsible for voicemail or email problems of any kind. Further, due to the improvisational nature of KE's shows, full cancellation of a show cannot be misconstrued to mean changes to a particular show performed or “cancellation” of any perceived or previously viewed aspect of a particular show.
Credit Card Charges
Additional charges to your credit card may be necessary beyond your original purchase if changes are made to your reservation that incur additional cost (including but not limited to number of tickets, certain menu selections, gift packages purchased, change of date/show) or an incorrect amount is charged.
Special Celebration Information
If you indicate you are celebrating a special occasion, or buy a gift package, KE may use the “inside” information collected on your celebrant(s) by giving this information to the performers for improvisational purposes during the show or for use in our period show newspapers and bulletins. And although our gift packages guarantee a mention in the show newspapers or bulletins if gift packages are purchased far enough in advance, KE can make no guarantees as to how we will use this information except to say that our intent is always to honor the celebrant(s) and nothing is ever intended in a mean-spirited way.
Menu Selections
Menu selections and special requests must be made in advance of the show. This is normally done at the time of reservation. If no selection is made, we will assign meals for your party. No menu changes can be made on site.
Special Dietary Requests
Some special dietary requests will not be possible due to food preparation limitations of our vendors (hotels, restaurants, caterers, etc) and the general banquet setting of our shows. Consequently, other than those specified online (i.e. can request no sauce), KE will attempt to accommodate special dietary requests, but can make no guarantees.
Performers
KE makes no guarantees as to the specific performers for a particular show, regardless of any pictorial, audio or other representation on the Site or in other marketing.
Public Show Duration
Due to the improvisational nature of all of KE’s shows and entertainment, reliance on venue partners, and other factors, exact timing cannot be anticipated. KE provides their best estimate of show, entertainment, and/or meal duration, but makes no guarantees as to start and end times.
Performance Guarantee
Due to the improvisational nature of all of KE’s shows, no guarantee as to any aspect of dialogue, improvisational performance or sequence of events is made. KE sees this as one of the most delightful and unique aspects of their entertainment. No two shows are ever the same. Every show is adapted to each audience and space for each performance.
Children
Due to possible distractions which keep other guests from enjoying the performance, we request no babies or toddlers be brought to KE’s shows. For older children, see the specific show page for age appropriateness.
Groups
Tables may be different sizes for different shows. If your group exceeds the number of seats at one table, you may be seated at tables next to each other. However we avoid seating just one person from a party at a separate table.
Disruptions
KE reserves the right to ask drunk and/or disruptive guests to leave the show with no refund.
Photographs and Likeness
Customers: Because it is disruptive to the entertainment, we ask that no photographs be taken during the Acts of the show unless someone from your party is asked to participate. Photographs during the reception, in between Acts/Scenes, and after the show are permitted. We ask that no video be taken at all. As our performers are professionals, you agree that any photographs taken are for your own personal noncommercial use only so long as the likeness does not portray KE or its performers, products, services, Customers, associates and the like in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive manner, final determination of which is solely at KE’s discretion. No commercial use is permitted without KE’s express written permission.
Killer Entertainment: KE asserts that there is no expectation of privacy at a public show. Therefore, on occasion, photographs, and visual or audio likenesses may be taken of Customers by KE and used for KE purposes including but not limited to commercial use for advertising and marketing of KE in any manner KE sees fit. If for any reason you do not wish your likeness to be used, simply contact us. To the furthest extent possible, we will always accommodate our Customers’ wishes.
