"I knew it was going to be great; but I had no idea!  Your performance summed up the whole weekend's message in half an hour.  My jaws still hurt from laughing so much!"

CLIENT CONTACT:  We tailor a program for each client and script scenes to best address company needs. After an initial meeting we develop an outline of significant points to be covered and provide this to the client for distribution to attendees. Concepts addressed in the scenes may include:

bulletCommunication: hearing, being heard, closing the loop, different lexicons, resolution.
bulletPower plays, ego blocks, putting yourself in other shoes, empathy, Hands- on approaches.
bulletPerspective: getting distance, thinking globally, breaking problems into component pieces.
bulletThinking "outside the box," continuous improvement, Win-Win situations.

ENTERTAINMENT: With our spirited presentation, your group will be entertained and informed. Using representative costumes and props, our Time Traveler (think "Quantum Leap") will bring you into the midst of diverse groups confronted with team building challenges. Groups could include:

bulletThe Roman Senate / Cleopatra discover how to help a company that seems "snakebit."
bulletKing Arthur and Knights of the Round Table discuss Empathy
bullet30’s prohibition Tommy gun gang try to put themselves in the other guy's cement shoes.
bulletThe Four Musketeers - think "The Three Musketeers"

HISTORICAL SCENES: Presented in a comical way, these historical scenes do not preach but enlighten through humor, and convey the universality of team building concepts. Whenever possible we make the audience part of a scene, and interact with them as characters in the scene (i.e. additional members of the Roman Senate). Scenes may be similar groups viewed in a different historical context each vignette. Categories include:

bulletJuries - from the Spanish Inquisition to a Wild West Mob to the Supreme Court
bulletBusiness - from Stone Carvers International to Microsoft to your company
bulletSchools - from Socrates to Harvard to Mrs. Wallenburg's Kindergarten
bulletCommittees - from the Founding Fathers to Hollywood Producers
bulletSports Teams - from the original Olympics to the Denver Broncos in the Superbowl

IMPROVISATIONAL GAMES: In addition to historical scenes, actors lead improvisational games tailored to your group, to highlight ideas seen in vignettes. Group participation is always included and select audience members may be asked to join games with actors. All games are performed in a spirit of fun, and laughter is encouraged. A short question and answer session can be included to emphasize challenges and solutions presented.

TOTAL TIME:  From 15 minutes - 2  hrs. Program can be repeated for multiple shifts or departments.

CONTINUING ADVENTURES: We are open to scheduling monthly or quarterly return engagements focusing on additional issues and historical periods. With endless possibilities and combinations, no presentation will ever be the same.
